The Collaborative Research Centre SHARP (TRR419) will begin its full research activities in October 2025. To strengthen our interdisciplinary team, we are currently searching for exceptional researchers. If you are passionate about shaping the future of higher education through innovative, simulation-based learning, we look forward to receiving your application!

You can apply for the positions listed below within the sub-projects. You are also welcome to mention other sub-projects that interest you in your cover letter or the application portal.
Please note the following important information about the application process
- Read the specific requirements for your application carefully, as deadlines and procedures may vary by position.
- There are mainly two types of positions:
- Doctoral positions require a master's degree and are meant for candidates who want to pursue a PhD or other doctorate.
- Research associate positions are typically meant for doctoral candidates or postdocs, requirements are specified further in the respective texts.
- Selection and interviews will take place until 30 July 2025. Each sub-project will establish a committee comprising project leaders and cooperation partners to ensure a transparent and fair selection process.
- All positions are expected to begin in October 2025, in line with the official launch of SHARP´s research activities.
