SIG 6 - Social Context and Collaboration

Our SIG addresses theoretical and methodological questions related to the social context and collaborative aspects of scientific reasoning and argumentation. We focus on how different SRA activities operate in different social contexts and the role of collaborative learning on learners SRA.

Main Aims

1. Developing a theoretical framework for the social context of scientific reasoning and argumentation.

2. Exploring methodological approaches to investigate the social context of scientific reasoning and argumentation.
