Abstract

These two talks explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming education in exciting ways. The first talk examines efforts to promote AI literacy among young learners, empowering them to become active participants in the AI-driven future. It shares findings from a study on teaching machine learning concepts to primary students using an interactive robotic system.
The second talk will share the use of generative AI, specifically ChatGPT, to create engaging scenario-based learning experiences for students. Through a case study, it investigates how teachers can leverage AI-generated content, the quality of the resulting scenarios, and the impact on student motivation and learning outcomes. This talk also provides practical guidelines for effectively integrating generative AI into the scenario writing process.
